Thin Attendance at Reception Disappoints American Diplomats
An Iftar dinner was hosted by American Consul General, Ms. Merry Richard at her residence 30 CA, Circular Road, University Town, Peshawar.
Timings was 1815 to 2030 hrs. A total of 59 guests were invited including Governor Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, Chief Minister, ministers, MNAs, MPAs and top ranking officials.
The dinner was attended by only seven that included Sr. Minister Rahimdad Khan, Zahir Shah, health Minister, Israrullah Gandapur MPA, Shamoonyar Khan MPA,
Zubair Qureshi, Acting CE Fata, Arshad Khan, DG Fata, and Azam Khan former Chief Secretary, sources said.
