The only solution is there should be valid entry permit in Karachi, who like to stay for some proper reason. In this way all people who are really nice from Paktoonkhwah, Baluchistan, panjab could live honorably. and criminal discouraged and checked. other all people from out side from Sind or Karachi. should be sent back with a land package of 2--5acre, with seed, fertilizer, and Rs.25,000/- which later recovered from them installment. Free solar panal should be provided to them  and sun cooker free. this land they will own and cultivated in a cooperative mechanism and not able to sell or tranferable. all political govt previously not did enough for poor community, and young generations.
